A vital part of our service to children begins with our extraordinary staff. It is our great fortune to have a hard-working, well-trained group of compassionate individuals to handle the complex day-to-day management of our office. Practice Manager Jane Gwin leads the staff at Partners In Pediatrics. Assisting Jane is our Human Resources Administrator, Terry Rubin. Office Managers Tasha Whatley of the Jasmine office and Pam Klibbe of the Meridian office and our Operations Manager, Tom Gwin.
Our staff is dedicated to providing reassurance and support, caring service, and a willingness to meet your needs in a timely manner, thus making each encounter in our office as enjoyable and comfortable as possible for you and your child. Courtesy and politeness are their hallmarks. We simply could not do what we do without these caring professionals.

Jane Gwin, Practice Manager |
Jane was born and raised in Lincoln Nebraska. She attended the University of Nebraska and has been with Partners In Pediatrics since 1980. She manages our south and north locations. Jane has worked in every area of the office, and is involved in the business end as well as the staff development. Jane is married, the mother of two and grandmother of three.

Terry Rubin, HRA |
Terry was born in Chicago, Illinois. She attended the University of Denver and is a Certified Surgical Technician and a Licensed Practical Nurse. Terry has been with Partners In Pediatrics since 1997. She is involved in interviewing new employees and staff development. Terry is married to Dr. Jerry Rubin and is the mother of three. All three children are in medical school.

Pam Klibbe, Office Manager Meridian |
Pam was born and raised in MInot, North Dakota. She graduated from North Dakota State, is a certified lab technician and supervises our staff of 14 employees at our south location. Pam is married and the mother of two. Her son is on the staff of the JAG office in the US Army in Kansas.

Tasha Whatley, Office Manager Jasmine |
Tasha is a Colorado native, born and raised in Denver. She attended South High School and Metro State University. Tasha has been with Partners In Pediatarics for 12 years, and supervises our staff at Jasmine of 20 employees. Tasha's son is now in college.

Tom Gwin, Operations Manager |
Tom joined Partners In Pediatrics in 2009 after a 25 year career in telecommunications. He has been married to Jane, the Practice Manager, for over 40 years. He brings a broad spectrum of business experience to the practice. His focus is on the business operations of the office.
